Chicago Transgender Convention Be-All 2011


TUESDAY
May 31st

If you are one of the early birds, you know where to find all the fun. Take the elevator to the 7th floor and BINGO you have arrived at the Be-All Hospitality suite. Eat, Drink, and be Merry! Enjoy hot and cold appetizers, fine wines, cocktails and soft drinks. Start your week off right and mingle with old and new friends. You must be a registered Be-All Conference guest to attend. If you need a night out, there are many local restaurants.

See you in the AM... the Gift Shop has anything you could need!

WEDNESDAY
June 1st


For the Be-All Cafe or Registration Desk, go to the 2nd floor atrium level, both are open early. The Be-All Cafe is sponsored by the conference and is no charge as long as you are registered. Enjoy fresh hot coffee, teas, juices, soft drinks and some of the finest pastries, bagels and trimmings from a local bakery. Go ahead and indulge, you’re on vacation! Most of the vendors will be open for business so buy yourself something special or make an appointment for nails, hair, makeovers, and more!  After you’ve worn yourself out, join us for a drink in the Hospitality Suite. In the late afternoon, you can enjoy a dip in the pool. Then join us for a special buffet and entertainment as the dinner hour rolls around. After, hang out at the Hospitality Suite or the hotel bar where the conference provides even more entertainment for you.

THURSDAY
June 2nd


So how do you feel today? Need more coffee and donuts? Don’t worry we only serve diet donuts...yeah right! Today is our opening lunch at high noon. Seminars start today. This is your chance to enrich your mind, as well as have fun at the conference. We’ve got the best professionals from the Midwest and beyond. Come and learn something about yourself and maybe even those you love.
Now what to do with the rest of your day? Check out these fun events:

1. Golf after lunch, 9 or 18 holes?
2. Go to the hospitality suite to mingle and make friends.
3. Attend the Welcome and Encouragement dinner. This will provide new attendees an opportunity to meet and greet with staff, volunteers, as well as past attendees.
4. Come and have fun at Tommy’s Gun Garage. Give the password and you’re in. Enjoy a rat-ta-tat time and a great dinner.
5. Hop on the bus for a rollicking good time at a local club.
6. Go to your suite and let yourself unwind from a long day of fun!

FRIDAY
June 3rd


This place is getting packed with the weekend crowd; more people to mingle with at our Hospitality Suite! Seminars are up and running. This is your chance to learn and ask questions. The vendors are also open, so take the time to see all the goods and services they have to offer. If that’s not enough shopping for you, then take the hotel- provided shuttle to Oakbrook mall. Tonight, we will have a delicious buffet dinner and amazing music so you can dance the night away!

SATURDAY
June 4th


Saturday is the best day to be here. Many of the doctors will be presenting and consulting today. This is a great opportunity to take the time to talk with them about any questions you may have. Vendors will be open, so be sure to go down and support them. Join us at noon for lunch with a very inspirational guest. After lunch, there is plenty to do! There will be a book signing, the hospitality suite will be open, and the seminars will be going. At 5 PM the limousines will be waiting to whisk you away to the fabulous Esplanade Lakes facility just minutes from the hotel for the wonderful Saturday Night Grand Banquet. The banquet includes dancing, food, fun and our annual Panoramic Photo.

Now, wasn’t that the best time of your life?

SUNDAY
June 5th


What, no hospitality suite? Time to straighten up and fly right...home that is. We’ll be here again next year so cherish all the memories you’ve made. Stay in touch with us and others you’ve met. Good friends are like no others, especially in this community.
