Hello, again...

As in the past, this is the day to settle in and meet and greet past and new friends. Don’t worry if you’re running late, our famous hospitality suite will be open until midnight. Come and enjoy stimulating conversation, entertainment, top-shelf cocktails, and hot and cold hors d’oeuvres. There’s always plenty to eat and drink. This is included in the package for Tuesday arrivals. It’s always a fun night, and some don’t even unpack until the next morning!

WEDNESDAY

Open for Business and Fun...

Believe me, the time will go quickly from this point forward, so buckle up for safety’s sake! The Hyatt Regency has buses to Woodfield Mall throughout the day and early evening. This is a mall with wonderful shops, major stores, theaters, and restaurants. You will not be disappointed. If you are uncomfortable with a shopping excursion outside of the hotel, our vendors are set up to secure your every need. They offer great discounts, makeovers, styling consultation, jewelry, and on and on. Our vendors are there for your privacy and all accept major credit cards. We always have the best-of-the-best waiting for you. Buy yourself something, you deserve it!You still have time to get that tan and maybe lose a few pounds, because we’re back in the pool at 4:00PM. Sign up for the swimsuit contest for Best Suit and Best Overall Look. We also have a delicious buffet and great entertainment. After this affair, our hospitality suite is open for more of “what almost killed you last night,” as well as some lively entertainment in the hotel lobby. The hotel lobby is gorgeous, so be sure to check it out. Plus, everyone gets to see how fantastic you look. Like the pool wasn’t enough??? Have a good time, and see you in the morning.

It’s a very full day...

SEMINARS BEGIN TODAY…
Educate... Learn... Experience...
Our seminars are for your journey. You will find your place on the path we all travel... many are content to remain as they are, while some choose the total gender experience. The choice is yours.

The seminars start today in the AM and PM time slots. Our speakers are investing their time and effort to give professional presentations that cover a range of topics. Check the schedule online for all presenters, days, and times. Our opening lunch is the perfect introduction to the conference, plus we’ve planned some additional lunchtime fun. As evening unfolds, we have several options available for dinner. First off, you may want to visit our hospitality suite for starters. It’s open, so enjoy. We also have two meal options for this evening. For those who may be a little shy to venture out solo, we have a first timers’ dinner, which is hosted by members of the Be-ALL staff. This will give you a chance to relax and know you are with friends. (See Optional Events below) For others, couples or singles, we are hosting a dinner and theater package. Enjoy fine dining at Francesca’s Tavola, a wonderful Italian restaurant. Dinner is followed by a live performance, ‘The Musical of Musicals’, at the beautiful Metropolis theater just minutes from the restaurant. (See Optional Events below.) After dinner, mingle in the luxurious hotel lobby for conversation and entertainment. As the night unfolds, rock the house with Stevie Conlon’s band, Barely Standing, at Durty Nellie’s, just minutes away from the hotel. Transportation is available both to and from the hotel. (See Optional Events below.) Long day and night, huh? Sleep tight...

FRIDAY
May 30th

And Now, the Weekend Begins...

THE JOURNEY CONTINUES
Your education continues with the finest seminars available... plan time for them.

Another day of seminars, shopping, our scheduled lunch at noon, and getting together with the weekend crowd. By today, the hotel will be filled and the conference will be buzzing. Many of the best surgeons are presenting today. Remember our vendors.... They are all amazing, so let’s give them our support. Our hospitality suite is open, so stop in for conversation and drinks. And get those dancing shoes ready for this evening! Dinner is followed by some amazing magic, then dance the night away with all your favorite music. For those needing to carry on late into the night, Hunter’s Dance Club is nearby and open till 4:00AM. Have Fun!

SATURDAY
May 31st

What a Fabulous Day this will be...

AND CONTINUES ONCE MORE…
This phase of the learning experience comes to an end on Saturday afternoon. This could be an opportunity for you to plan for all your tomorrows. Everyone needs guidance and education for a proper decision in all phases of life. Remember, it’s your choice...

It’s another day for serious seminars with many other doctors and surgeons. There are numerous assemblies on the lighter side, as well, so select what interests you. If you’ve put off that makeover or that terrific outfit you’ve been thinking about, it’s now time to take care of business. We also have a service for one of our wonderful couples to renew their vows. This has become a tradition at Be-ALL, so try to fit it in your busy schedule. The service is followed by cake and a champagne toast in the hospitality suite. This evening, we have cocktails and dinner, followed by some final announcements, and then dancing to Milt Trenier and his band. If you missed him last year, you have to catch him this time around. And if your feet don’t hurt by this evening’s end, tell us where you get your shoes!

Saturday Lunch Keynote Speaker
Ms. Diane Schroer

"The government was perfectly happy to let Schroer risk life and limb to fight terrorism. Yet now that she's female, Schroer has been told that she's unfit even to research terrorism," said Art Spitzer, Legal Director of the ACLU of the National Capital Area. "No one should have to fear being passed over for a job simply because of his or her gender identity, but this case is especially shameful."

SUNDAY
June 1st

Could this be Over?

Did this go by fast, or what? It’s that time once again, when all good things come to an end. Say your goodbyes and stay connected with all the new and past friends you’ve had such an extraordinary week with. And don’t forget to make your plans for next year.... We’ll do it again, and, as always, we’ll look forward to seeing you.
